1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our website design and development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
WebCraft Pro provides professional website design and development services including but not limited to:
- Custom website design and development
- Domain registration (1 year free with select packages)
- Web hosting (1 year free with select packages)
- SSL certificate installation
- SEO optimization
- Responsive design for all devices
- WhatsApp integration
- Social media integration
- Technical support (as specified in your package)
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins
- The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before the website goes live
- All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Late payments may result in service suspension
4. Project Timeline
Standard business websites are typically completed within 5-7 business days from the date of content receipt. Complex projects may require 10-14 business days. Timelines may be extended if client feedback or content is delayed.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner
- Review and approve designs within the specified timeframe
- Provide accurate contact information
- Ensure they have legal rights to all provided content
6. Free Domain & Hosting
Free domain and hosting are provided for the first year only. The client is responsible for renewal fees thereafter. Domain transfers are available upon request after 60 days of registration.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the completed website design and code. WebCraft Pro retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
WebCraft Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the client terminates after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If WebCraft Pro terminates, a prorated refund will be issued based on work completed.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WebCraft Pro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
